متن کاملSolving a nonlinear inverse system of Burgers equations
By applying finite difference formula to time discretization and the cubic B-splines for spatial variable, a numerical method for solving the inverse system of Burgers equations is presented. Also, the convergence analysis and stability for this problem are investigated and the order of convergence is obtained. By using two test problems, the accuracy of presented method is verified. Additional...
متن کاملApplication of Fuzzy Bicubic Splines Interpolation for Solving Two-Dimensional Linear Fuzzy Fredholm Integral Equations
In this paper, firstly, we review approximation of fuzzy functions by fuzzy bicubic splines interpolation and present a new approach based on the two-dimensional fuzzy splines interpolation and iterative method to approximate the solution of two-dimensional linear fuzzy Fredholm integral equation (2DLFFIE). Also, we prove convergence analysis and numerical stability analysis ...
متن کاملNumerical Solution of Optimal Control Problems Using B-Splines
This paper explores numerical solutions of optimal control problems using B–Spline curves. It is aimed to give a general framework on how to use B–Splines to formulate optimal control problems and to solve them numerically using Nonlinear Trajectory Generation software package. Effects of the selection of the B–Spline parameters, such as, number of intervals, smoothness, piecewise polynomial or...
متن کاملGalerkin Method for the Numerical Solution of the Advection-Diffusion Equation by Using Exponential B-splines
In this paper, the exponential B-spline functions are used for the numerical solution of the advection-diffusion equation. Two numerical examples related to pure advection in a finitely long channel and the distribution of an initial Gaussian pulse are employed to illustrate the accuracy and the efficiency of the method. Obtained results are compared with some early studies.
